Just out of interest for lifters
and other athletes on here....
Have not used creatine for many years but thought I might try it again (one of the few supplements that seems to actually work).............
So thought I would check if it was ok for Diabetics and it seemed as the answer was no or yes or maybe
after a quick google.....

So going to try a cycle , no loading just 4 grams a day
