Crisps

Salami or chorizo crisps, done in the microwave are excellent, but not the the brief from @ardvark

To answer the OP question, smaller bags from multipacks NOT single bags are lower in carbs and fat Seabrooks are about 12g carb - sorry don't know the fats, also multipack bags of things like quavers, French fries, teddies, are lower in both too. Although they have other ingredients .

I used to have the occasional bag of multipack ready salted walkers as a treat but not every day and not with a sandwich etc as well.

I don't have a remotely sweet tooth and crisps are/were my Achilles heel - haven't had a crisp since beginning of January and haven't missed them at all

Aubergine if you’re British not Aussie or American. Lots here would have no idea what an eggplant is and have some very odd visuals!
It's one and the same @HSSS not really hard, a courgette is the same as a zucchini here.

I know. That was my point. Same as our peppers are your capsicums. (In fact I lived in Qld for 6years, my kids still use Australian terms for lots of things including these foods. Back in Blighty for 5 now and miss qld every day).

I was just having a visual of a plant growing hard boiled eggs.
