I won a competiton on Twitter and 3 huge packets of Jones cheese and onion crisps arrived in the post today !!! Not exactly what a low carber needs but my husband seemed delighted with them!! My way of having a few crisps is that I always allow myself to steel the 'curly' ones from a bag so that way I don't scoff the lot.

OMG Riri! That would send me into meltdown!! Crisps are my MASSIVE trigger food. To be honest I could be sailing on a lake of melted chocolate on a giant cake and not be bothered to even take a little lick but even hearing that crunch of a crisp has me running for the hills

I have found an answer in weight watchers salt and vinegar crinkle cut - avery small bag of REAL crisps at 12g carb a bag they are a rare treat that doesn't affect my BS at all

Well done on your win anyway and hope hubby enjoys them :D

Don't talk to me about crisps!!!! LOVE them. :grin:My one great weakmess! My kryptonite! I allow myself to indulge now and then but bs goes into hyperdrive. Basically anything potato related is a massive massive temptation. The humble spud or evil manipulative devil food??!

Was is it about Crisps ?? They're so moorish. Luckily I'm ok with normal potatoes but crisps have a different effect altogether !!! A no-carb crisp is what we need but I guess they wouldn't be crisps then. Walkers cheese and onion is my all time favourite.
