I can't find my threads or PMs now on my phone. They used to appear just as on my laptop but now they are not there.

Please tell me where they are now so I can find them on my phone.

At the top of your phone there is a strip with pale icons. One is the PM envelope.
Just under that are the different categories like 'new posts' scroll through them and 'participated' is the one that shows all you've answered or posted.

I've just seen a message that says 'new look forum' . Looks the same on my phone! Perhaps I've missed an update and what I've written isn't correct anymore! I'm off to update the app!

Do you use the app or your browser on your phone?
Through the browser, click the 3 lines at the top left of your screen, this will show you the menu you're looking for.

It also looks like you're able to log in again on your normal account. Can we delete the emergency account you set up because you couldn't log in?

Yes, please.

I use the app on my phone (Android). I never had this problem with the old format. :(

The forum app has not been updated the same as using a browser such as Chrome etc.

The Android app has not been updated since last year, so it's a good chance the crapple app has not been updated either.
