Well done. I am trying to get back to the gym 3 times a week, don't always succeed, so the Wii Fit has come out again and I'm trying to do 45 minutes on there if I can't make the gym. Hopefully the spring will soon be here and I can get out into the garden. Am trying also to lower the carbs and hopefully when I go back to see the DN in April my BS will be down.
