Cutting back on BG testing?

I’m averaging around 60g carbs a day - Bg levels seem ok with that so whilst that’s the case I don’t plan on going with less. Will do some research on the bread suggestions and see if I can find one that agrees with me :)
I probably average about 80 - 100g per day although some days, usually week-ends, are ‘carbier’ than others! Hovis also do a low carb loaf at 9g per slice but I prefer the Tesco one.
 
At 3.7g carbs per slice, this won't fit easily into a low carb 20 - 30g daily diet. And who wants to eat just one slice of bread?
Actually I find 1 slice fine - I'm pretty sated from eating lchf and keep reasonably easily to 20 g carbs a day... it's a useful store cupboard item.
 
I do not test before and after breakfast or lunch because I take steroids with my breakfast and the steroids spike my sugars. They seem to calm down at about 4 pm so test on waking in the morning and before and after dinner.
