Cutting Carbs

Hi. I decided to cut carbs from my diet 5 days ago. I eat more fresh veg and limited fruit. I would say in total calaries I consume daily is approximately 1200 to 1500 cal. My question is since then I found I wee allot more than normal even though my drinking intake remains the same pre 5 days back. Any ideas if the 2 are associated?. Otherwise well and feeling better
 
I can’t explain the science behind it but I do know that the initial rapid weight loss associated with low carb eating is said to be water loss as well as actual body weight.

Hi. Are you using a glucose meter to check your BS levels? if not do get hold of one. BTW it's more useful to think carbs rather than calories with diabetes. We need to control our carbs and have enough fats and proteins. Measuring calories is not very useful for that.
