I kno this is really obvious question. But has anyone found by cuttting down on carbs blood sugars have improved over all.. I find in the evenings my bg are sky high after tea, thinking its because im having maybe a little to many carbs through the day for my insulin intake. Have cut down tremendously on my insulin as los weight.

Yes, it will certainly help. Be realistic though, some people cut carb intake dramatically and don't stick with it. Small changes can make big differences ! Exercise will also help.

Could be a few reasons why your levels are higher than normal after evening meal. Could be your basal running out, not enough qa to cover food or timing of injection . Have u tried doing a slightly higher ratio for your evening meal shot?
