Hi there, I'm a type one and I have a 10 mile Time trial tomorrow, I have done one in the past I just don't know how to keep my sugars high enough so I don't collapse without eating or drinking straight before the event. As when I drink some lucozade or eat something high in carbs I feel sick as it's a very high effort event...
Anyone have any tips?
