Apparently you can get the sf ones and they are fine for diabetics. I am hoping to get some myself.

Ooh good! Everybody raves about them, might make dessert a bit more exciting.

As with everything check the label for the serving size and carb content so you dont overdo it.

I've just checked the ingredient list for one.
'Natural and artificial flavours, sucralose' are two of the biggest ingredients.

So definitely not for me. I don't get on with those chemically sweeteners.

I have a bottle of sugarfree hazelnut, it doesn't spike me and makes some things a little more interesting, but we are all different :)

water, natural and artificial flavour, cellulose gum, sucralose, (splenda) sodium benzolate, citric acid, colour, contains tree nuts.

Junk, with the odd tree nut?

Pour it down the drain.
It'll either clog it up, or clean it.
