Unsure whether to count the fried eggs at 7am as today or tomorrow as I did go back to sleep again for several hours
Since then, I've had 2/3 of a stupendous frittata containing all the veg that needed using up - chinese leaf, spring onions, red and green peppers, and some frikadellen (german meatballs) and gherkins.
Couldn't finish it so other third will do for later along with some salt and chilli chicken thigh and raspberry gourmet yogurt (naughty, but bought before diagnosis)
Usual 4 big mugs of tea with a splash of milk
Edit: postponing frittata/ chicken/ yogurt until morning to make it easier to take meds, having an extra cuppa instead. Hoping to be rewarded with nice BG numbers for all this restraint
