Hi all, starting a dafne corse this week , what can I expect from it in general?

Are you doing it online or with a group?
If it’s with a group then, like this site, others’ experiences, needs and fixes will be interesting, and may be useful.
I suspect you already have a course outline - how it’s covered, and the depth, may depend on who’s leading the course or how an online course has been set up

please do it. It is lovely meeting other Diabetics who understand what you are going through and discuss insulin pumps and MDI.

I went on one about a year ago. Very intense and detailed. Glad I did it; learnt a lot considering I have been Type 1 for 68 years! But then it always activates me when medical professionals say that I must know everything about my diabetes. How can I if I haven't been told any new information?
I attend twice yearly appointments with the DAFNE team and they are very supportive.
