Type 1 Dafne course

I have completed the dafne course and be leave it or not my bloods are starting to be come in target.
I'm back in work tonight so will have to see how it goes when I'm be in work
Have any of u done the course??

Its some years now since I did the course but it was very worthwhile and I learnt a lot from it, pleased it has been helpful for you badbrogs21 as I know you've struggled in the past with your diabetes control.

Yes my hba1c is 9.8% atm so hopefully it keeps dropping and I am waiting on the insulin pump so will be much better thanks noble
