Daily Express - Keto Diet

"He then began following the keto diet, which stands for calories-in-calories-out"
They keep using that word, I don't think it means what they think it means...
 
I spotted this article which is pretty good for a popular newspaper www.express.co.uk/life-style/diets/1153566/keto-diet-plan-best-weight-loss-low-carb-reddit-before-after

However they spoiled it with this sentence "He then began following the keto diet, which stands for calories-in-calories-out"
Even an Express journalist should have been puzzled by the acronym!
I suppose that CICO and KETO may possibly/probably sound almost identical to some less bright bunnies?? :***::***:
