Daily Protein Needed

    I believe you can have to much protein which could effect weight loss

    How do you decide how much protein you need daily?


    What are your favourite things to eat to get your daily protein?

    Eggs, bacon, meat such as beef, mutton, pork, goat, poultry, fish,cheese etc.

    Are people using the “0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight” calculation to workout how much proteinto get per day ?

    I am a Vegetarian so no meat or fish for me...
