I posted that article in the interest of balance, each and everyday there are new studies and articles suggesting one diet is healthier than another, I just go with what has worked thus far and kept me healthy, that being a low-fat diet with a rich variety of fruit and vegetables............ hopefully it will keep me healthy into my old-age! :lol:
