(We do great commercial organic sauerkraut, lots of kinds, in Kiwiland, for some reason - I guess it's the great growing conditions weather wise, and some serious German immigrants too, along with the Brits, natch.) (yeah - and note the strong sun ray coming in from the left of screen there!
