Dana RS Pump users

Hi everyone,

I moved to this pump 6 days ago, one of the main reasons I chose it being the convenient option of managing my Bolus/Basal via the mobile phone app. So far I am not impressed, the App for my iPhone X is very temperamental, it often ends up searching and is unable to find my pump throwing me out. Is this normal, can any other users confirm if this is an issue that I should expect?

Hi Tim, I'm also considering getting this pump for exactly the same reasons that you chose it. I'm curious to know whether you managed to resolve your problems with the connection issues?

Using the mobile phone app sounds great to control the pump in theory, but I guess it's not great if connection keeps failing. Thanks!
