I have made an appointment to see my doctor on Thursday. I must say, I am loosing faith and trust in my doctor, diabetic nurse and the endocrinologist. Everyone thinks I have had diabetes for a very long time (10+years) but I was just diagnosed last July after having an eye appointment with the eye doctor. When I first was diagnosed my kidney functions were good, but now they are reduced. The endocrinologist told me that forxiga would be good for my kidneys, but after everything I have read I’m not convinced at all. I’m just not sure anymore, and ready to give up. Today I had about 3 liters of water and 2 coffees with a little milk in them and my blood sugars went from 12.1 this morning to now 17.6. I haven’t eaten anything all day. Plus with the increased blood sugar, my blood pressure is also very high. I’m not sure what’s wrong with me or why, but most medications they give me seem to only have negative effects on me. I keep telling them I think there is something else wrong but none of the doctors listen.
