Hi all,
I am a type 2 diabetic, diagnosed around 10 years ago.
No serious problems, usual medication, metformin & gliclazide.
Monitoring my blood sugar with a Bayer Contour Next USB which I find satisfactory except for the software which does not allow for the addition of personal notes, such as changes in medication etc.
Can anyone advise on a monitor/software package allowing for additional personal notes?

Hello Phlox and welcome to the forum :)

I use the Diaconnect app on my phone , you can add notes, reminders, and very detailed.
