Davina Mccalls new book

Hey everyone happy new year.

Have just seen an advert for a new book Davina McCall is releasing about a sugar free lifestyle.

Would be interested to know if anybody has seen it, read it, rates it?

If all the recipes are completely free of sugar I'd be very interested in buying it but thought I would ask on here to see what others thoughts are on it.....

I think there's a supplement in the Sunday mail tomorrow. From the brief bit I saw there was still plenty of carbs. Nice to know that sugar free is becoming more trendy. Good morning Britain are doing a sugar free boot camp thing too.

Don't waste your money... Not sugar free at all... All the recipes given in the Sunday Mail ftom her book are full of maple syrup... Sugar free... My ass !!!!

Thankyou that's exactly what I wanted to know! I like having recipes around if I want to make something but if it isn't sugar free (whilst also being aware of carb value) I won't waste my pennies thanks all!
