Hi,
I wanted to share my experience with DP and hope others will join me in this thread and share their experience and what works for them.

Maybe this can help others who also struggle with DP

This is what works for me.
Through a lot of dedective work and some Experiments I found out what works for me. I have next to no DP when I eat nothing after 6 pm. When I eat more than a verry small snack later I get DP even if the meal has no carbs in it. This can get annoying sometimes if I can‘t eat till later due to the job or other things. I than have to make a decision to either eat and deal with high sugars or fast till the next day.

I only tend to get classic DP (i.e. a gradual rise from the early hours) when I've not exercised for some time (>4 days is my gut feeling)

I do get FotF (Foot on the Floor) every day unless I either - have a night out drinking (alcohol)/do an amount of exercise I'm unaccustomed to the previous day.

I've never tried not eating in the evening and recorded the data. It's not something I'd usually want to do as I usually skip breakfast (due to FotF) and often eat only a small snack for lunch (on the go at work.) If I happen to do so I'll report back what I find.
