Has anybody else noticed an improvement in their early morning readings now the mornings are getting darker. I cannot believe the difference. Am coming in nearly on target, rather than 14 up (unless I get a 4am injection in.) It must be the only good thing about winter.

Nope, not for me. Dawn and waking still horrendous and still having my 4am jabs...2 at 4am and another 2 at 8am.. before I get out of bed.

Are you sure its dark mornings or that your sleeping to 4am levels are more stable?

I am noticing levels lower even when I sleep later. I noticed big rises as the sun came up earlier. Also noticing less insulin needs. We are getting into fall. Not cold but cooler. ( US) I appreciate it all but still pinning the tail on the donkey

Less stressed as 4yr old sleeping off earlier (in the dark nights).
Less stress, less insulin. For me.
Up now but undisturbed by little one. Unlike last year. He could hear a pin drop.
Arrrr it's lovely. Peace at last.
School is waring him out and I'm more available to make time for one on one now hubby not getting ignored. Ha ha.
Harmony at last. Well, for now. :)
