I am on day 2 of trying to get back on track. Yesterday I did quite well and only had about 65g of carb. Today I found it more difficult.
Both yesterday and today I had massive headaches in the afternoon at work even though I drank alot of fluids.
Whilst at work I can control what I eat...its the evenings that are worse. Today I have had my dinner and up till then I was within my 100g carb limit (to start with). But I was then watching telly and within an hour I had 4 slices of bread.
This is going to be harder than I thought. I know I should keep myself busy, hence why I logged on here but it is going to take time to adjust my relationship with food - especially carbs...
I originally come from a Mediterranean country so pasta and bread are part of my DNA
