Hi, I'm a newly diagnosed T2 and I was trying to purchase a pin badge from the shop. It all goes through until its time to pay then shows an error. Tried reloading the app, tried going through the process again - same problem. Anyone else have this problem? I couldn't find anywhere to contact anyone about it on the DCUK site hence this thread!

Oops, that shouldn't happen.
