Hi and welcome!
Are you on any meds which lower glucose levels and could be driving your blood glucose down?
If so, people often need a medication review and dose reduction after adopting low carb.
My method to avoid your hypos (assuming reducing meds isn't appropriate) would be to snack on a slow release low carb snack before the low, preventing it from happening.
Alternatively, I would eat a bigger, more satisfying lunch for the same reason.
What are you eating at lunchtime?
The longer i eat very low carb, the less I snack, but if I do, it is nuts, cheese (full fat), 70% choc...
I firmly believe (as a diet controlled T2) that preventing hypos is much better, easier, and kinder to the body, than waiting til they happen, to treat them.
