DAY 5 sugar2... I am CURING my diabetes. I refuse to hear anything else. Just watch me. This morning felt terrible, headache, body aching, lethargic. Went back to bed and slept/tossed & turned until 2pm. For breakfast I had a tiny bowl of bran flakes with milk. Managed to down a herbalife shake for lunch using soymilk instead of dairy (much better). Evening now, and interesting development. Headache has subsided, still aching a bit, but much more energy. Man, I actually contemplated cleaning the shower. Didn't actually clean it, but contemplated it! Evening meal: hohoho... delicious!!! No herbalife shake for me, oh no... get this: sliver of mature cheddar cheese, four small cherry tomatoes, four slices of red pepper, slice of raw onion, four green olives... with a smidgeon of Balsamic vinegar. Delicious! And I'm pretty sure it comes in at less than 200 calories. Tomorrow I think I'll have broccoli soup again, but I'll sprinkle a bit of freshly grated parmesan cheese on it to jazz it up a bit. With this renewed energy, I'm very hopeful for tomorrow and following days.
