For about a year now I hardly drink within a day the most is about 3 drinks a day and that's on a good day , but I've noticed I only urinate about 1-3 times a day and I get lots of headaches and sore or hot eyes and at blood test it's been hard for the nurse to get any blood , my doctor knows a little about this , but for the last few days now I've had a really bad headache and my eyes hurt I've only drank one drink today and I haven't finished it and I've urinate once I think I may be dehydrated but I don't know how to make myself drink more if I don't feel thirsty

Just drink; I too rarely feel thirsty even if out on a hot day but I know I have to drink. Dehydration is dangerous and very bad for you. Don't wait to be thirsty, do what I do and try to remember to drink regularly.

If you keep a container of water at the side of you all the time (at work/at home) and just take regular sips you will soon get used to it. I have 2 bottles of ordinary tap water, one in the fridge, one at my side. It's surprising how quickly they empty once you get used to it. You don't need to be thirsty to drink. It just becomes a habit. I am surgically attached to my bottle of water!

As said above, it is dangerous to be dehydrated. Your kidneys will suffer badly as well as other health issues.
