• x6 fresh or frozen strawberries (If you use frozen, omit the ice)
• x2 tablespoons of xylitol
• 1/2 cup of single cream
• 1 cup of ice
• Whipped double cream for topping

Sounds good but do you really mean 2 x tablespoons of xylitol, surely you mean 2 x teaspoons?

x2 teaspoon is fine...

I mix the whole lot in a food processor.

It reminds me of McDonald's strawberry milkshake but definitely tastes so much better than Starbuck's Strawberry Frapuccino.

I just made this with some strawberries which wouldn't have lasted until the morning. Didn't use any sweetener. Absolutely gorgeous!
