Did you have the antibody blood results back yet
* not sure
What foods do you typically eat for breakfast?
How active are you each day?
* yogurt and cereal everyday (carb counted)
* kinda, work at a desk but do between 6-10,000 steps a day (@8km)

I know I should speak to the ds team, but I saw the doctor for the first time yesterday,dietician today. Met the dsn once. They are really elusive!
I get so much more help and guidance from here.

The replies on this post already have made me think that this is just a ‘thing’ in my mind rather than anything else.. thank you for your responses!!

Nobody wants this diagnosis. It sucks. But it seems like it’s the right one from what you’ve said, and accepting it is the only path forwards. Denial is so common, and one of the first stages of grief - it’s perfectly normal. It took me a long time, it’s a lot for the mind to take on board. There’s a lot of support here if you need it, just ask x

Hi @h4kr ,

Any thing is possible with the honeymoon period. Should this be the case..?
However. Your basal adjustment might be the first thing to look at while stuff is up in the air for you.? https://mysugr.com/basal-rate-testing/
Then find out what your insulin to carb ratio is on the bolusing..

Guessing from what you've written so far on this thread. It looks like you're just sort of ticking along on the Lantus?
