Dental query

I have known for sometime that a tooth under my 4 teeth bridge had crumbled but being a coward i said leave it for now again and again.to cut a long story short,the bridge came loose yesterday.got in the dentist at 2pm and came out minus a tooth and the bridge.He mentioned doing a partial denture.My question is..do they stay in place? Sorry for the long post.

for dentures usually its a temp set. as when teeth removed receeds. you'll most likely need a follow up appt. a few months down the line. my step dad used to use fixodent. last several years he hasn't bothered. if your paying for your dental treatment have you looked into after implant? for the tooth which crumbled can still do bridge between ... if thats something your interseted in. personally love my bridge, which has lasted over 18 years now . gl

I had mine for more years than you.He said denture or implants are my only options.
