Detox drink required

Hi needing a suggestion for a good Detox drink - need a good boost / feel sluggish bloated

Years ago l used to enjoy the occasional Jaaps liver salts grape flavour, but the don’t make them anymore. Tried Alkaseltzer but they are too harsh

Normally drink diet Indian tonic water but it’s not doing it for me

So any suggestions. Ps l don’t have a blender or smoothie maker

Lemon in warm water. Fennel seeds chewed.

Fizzy water with a slice of lemon or lime is good for me
