Hi all. Can anybody recommend a good adhesive patch for the Dexcom G6 that is ideal for an 8 year old active girl. We have tried a few but they are constantly coming off ?

I would recommend Hypafix, cut to size.
 
I'd suggest applying Skintac before the Dexcom. It makes your skin tacky as the name suggests, and works well for cannulas for me. You need to use something like pelican spray when removing Dexcom, as it sticks really well..
 
We clean the site with alcohol wipes, wait for that to dry. Then use a skin tac wipe (keep extra alcohol wipes nearby), then do the sensor. I do more skin tac wipe, and then a Rock a Dex overlay patch. To remove we use Goo Gone (skin version).
