Dexcom G4 blank screen - help!

After much dithering I finally purchased a Dexcom G4 CGM which arrived on Saturday. After charging it overnight on Saturday, I hooked myself up on Sunday morning, and was amazed at the info I then recieved from it. However, today (Monday) at lunchtime the transceiver gave a short vibrate and then the screen went blank. I hadn't noticed the battery showing as low, and I had only had it running for 25 hours. I plugged it back in to charge it just in case, but to no avail, the screen remained black/blank. Following a chat with the Dexcom technical support, I tried the factory reset button with a paper clip, but still nothing. They are sending me a temporary replacement receiver, as they don't know what has happened to mine, but has anyone else had any experience of something similar?

Never have come across that so can't help.

I did receive a faulty charger with mine which was promptly replaced.
