Dexcom G6

Hi,

I just got the Dexcom G6 sensors and transmitter. I downloaded the clarity app.
When I watch the YouTube video it says enter in the sensor number but I cannot find where on the app i do this. Can anyone advise please?

Hi there...I just asked my 11 year old who started on dexcom g6 a few weeks ago and she says code she enters is on dexcom g6 app not clarity..?? Good luck with it...we find it great...

Hi @Dublindiabetic I am a G6 user, you need to download the Dexcom G6 app as well, once you’ve set it up it will then request the transmitter code which is in the box, however it doesn't start working and transmitting beeps into the app once activated in the sensor on your arm so you need to place the sensor on your arm first, so after you’ve entered the transmitter code you will then need to scan the code for the sensor.
