Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Dexcom One. I was using the G6 which I found worked really well but was forced by the hospital to switch as they wouldn’t continue finding it. There is constant signal loss, app freezes so I can’t get on it and it is constantly out by at least 2 units in comparison to when I test my blood, even on fasting. I’ve always had a good hba1c but feel since being on the Dexcom one my management has really gone downhill.

Hi I have just started using Dexcom, on my first sensor. No issues thus far. Thankfully none of the issues you have experienced

I have found it much better than Libre 2 which for me was terrible. Very inaccurate, overnight it regularly alarmed low when I was not. Signal loss was also a regular occurrence

Sorry we seem to be the complete opposite in the issues experienced. It is my first sensor so things might change. I hope not though

Hope things settle down

If you're using an iPhone, go into settings in the Dexcom One app and make sure Apple Health is turned off. Some people have had issues with this.
