How do you know if your Dexcom receiver is going, I have mine about 15 months now

Would a warning appear on the receiver to say it's running out of steam? I know this happens with the transmitter.

Hi carbs, I don't think it does from what I have read up

I don't know. I've had mine for 12 months and I'm hoping it's going to last a lot longer!

Are you having problems of some kind?

Ah ok then if you bought the kit from Advanced Therapeutics perhaps give them a ring in the morning. I'm sure they will be able to tell you :)
My receiver is built into the pump. @Spiker might know the answer as he has the receiver I believe. :)

The receiver is guaranteed for 12 months but will keep going until its either damaged or the battery had died, mine has been going for around 2 years, have had one die from broken USB (under warranty).

The transmitter will die after 8-14 months and is guaranteed for 6 months

By the receiver you mean the full unit with the screen and controls etc? That should keep going until it breaks. Mine is years old.
