I am fortunate to use a Dexcom G4 with great results.
Last week I had a sensor failure. I phoned Dexcom support on Thurs morning to be kept waiting for over 10 mins and get fed up.
Tried to phone again Fri, Sat Sun Monday but no answer for againmore than 10 mins. I checked their company information and they havent given as yet company accounts due end Sept.
Haas anyone else had problems with Dexcom support and does anyone have an idea of whats going on?
