I'm new to this site. I would like for somebody to answer a question for me. I have been a Type1 Diabetic for 16 years. Three years ago I found out that I have celiac sprue( wheat allergy). Would somebody please tell why I have such a hard time finding the two of them mentioned in any diabetic cook book. You can find a diabetic cook book or a wheat free cook book. The doctor that found out that I had celiac sprue told me that both this disease are link together. So, if anybody knows the answer feel free to write back.
