Iv'e been in Insulin for some time now and I'm self titrating.
Iv'e had a cold for a few days that is getting worse :(
I'm having trouble keeping my sugars down even though I'm increasing my Insulin every three days.
I feel terrible and am not eating as much but they are still rising, it has been suggested I Inject twice a day??
Any advice would be great

Not a type 2 but with illnesses and infections it is normal for bg to rise and for insulin requirements to increase, not sure what insulin you take but if it was your HCP's who advised you to take your insulin twice daily then give it a go following their advice, if unsure do check first.

Hope you feel better soon! :)
