A GP can refer a patient to a specialist clinic at the hospital if the prescribed medication hasn't helped. This kind of condition can affect both people, as intimacy in a relationship is a wonderful bond, important too as a loving part of the relationship. Talking about it openly and honestly with each other is the best thing to do.
