Diabetes and wound

For diabetes peoples a little wound may cause of very harmful disease if we don't care of this little one wound I have seen many of patients that had little wound and this little become the worst one for them.
 
To true. I had a gall bladder operation and it took 6 months to heal - the wound burst open as soon as the staples were taken out. I was recommended kelp tablets (iodine) and now if I cut myself I take them for a month or so and it certainly helps - though just end up taking them most of the time :roll: - I think I must be clumsy :oops:
 
For reasons that are not entirely understood, diabetics have impaired circulation and degeneration of the circulatory system. Wound healing is dependent on having blood flow to the wound site, without adequate blood flow wounds do not heal well.
