Thank you everyone for the advice. I am still taking my insulin and checking my BG. I think I just need to make better choices about food aka stay away from the sweets at work and hit the gym, and that will for sure help with my numbers and A1C. I am not out of control by any means just hit a wall and trying to get re motivated. Again thank you all for the kind words and advice. It really does helpcheers!
Burn out can affect all types, when I get an off day its time for a bit of me pampering, long soak in the bath with some nice smelly stuff listening to some me music, when dry plaster on some moisturiser, slip into jammies and relax with a nice cuppa or a glass of wine if so inclined, I don't drink so its a cuppa for me.......heaven.....think about tomorrow tomorrow............
