Had my review with my consultant today, and I can honestly say that it went really well and we have a plan in place. To start with I am changing from 3 injections to 5 injections a day so as I can have more control than the novomix 30 gives me. Then I have to go on to the DAFNE course even though it it is normally for type 1. But consultant said I will be on the same regime as a type 1 so will be treated as a type 1. After these 2 steps he is going to try and help me get my LGV back so as I can get back to work again. For the first time since august last year when I went on to insulin I feel that things are looking up at long last. When I told him that I have depression his answer was " after all you have been through I am not surprised in the slightest, if anything I would be more surprised if you weren't affected"
