The article suggests that John Hall's diabetes went into remission solely because he engaged into two 12 minute aerobic workouts per week. His dietary changes and five miles walks, we are told, were ineffective.

Getting diabetes and the other health factors mentioned under control are likely to involve a mix of exercice, diet and medication.

The article is based upon John Hall's opinion and not upon medical assessment.

Undoubetely, the exercise was contributory to the improvement but surely not the sole reason for it.

Interesting....more details would be nice ...would very much like to know more ....

great, if you are not in a wheelchair like I am, with a neurological congenital muscle condition , the more I use the muscles the worse it is. Good luck to you. Im controlling by diet only, using the type 2 testing programme. Which is very helpful.

That article gives no facts, figures, timescales or details. Very frustrating. No way of evaluating any of the claims. Far too many variables!

How long was he retire before making lifestyle changes?
What were his ineffective diet changes?
How stressful was his job?
And many more questions...

I am completely open to the ideas presented in the article, but there is simply insufficient info and evidence to prove anything!

Research is always a concern , the methods used, how the data was collected, the subject groups,
I always like to know more, but it does not mean I agree or disagree...
