Fascinating look at the monetary side of the disease (as well as old style methods if insulin production).
A brief mention at end of the Newcastle method for achieving remission for a T2 who'd been on insulin for a while, nothing on low carb.
Also a mention that using multiple drugs to lower the bgs of T2s isn't necessarily productive in terms of results for the heart, though they did say that lower levels were better for eyes/kidneys...
And a German study didn't think that newer more expensive insulins were value for money over the older ones.
