diabetes for 14 years

to tell you the truth i control my sugar the way i want it ,sometime i drop the level up to 4.6 and 5 gr , that normal level for normal person .i think , soon i will start decreasing my dosage, the specialist put me on insulin , and i refuse to take, then, my sugar level was , between 12 g and 14 g. if you want i can sent you my sugar report for the past two weeks since i started my new method of controlling my sugar level ,it works like a bomb .
