Diabetes log book

Hi I was wondering where I could buy a physical diabetes log book from? I had one that came with my Glucomen monitor but it is full now and I can't seem to find anything similar to replace it, does anyone know where I could buy something like that from please? I know I could use various apps but it is easier to show the diabetes nurse my book thanks!
 
My diabetes nurse keeps a stock for patients. Just ask for one. The website for whoever make your BG monitor will have accessories that you can order, usually free and free p+p. I use the glucomem rx nexus and the company sent me the usb cable to upload data to my computer.

Thanks I will ask my nurse :) I did have a quick look on the Glucomen website but it just seemed to be monitors :)
 
Glucomen site is not the most friendly to navigate of sites. But have a good look at the categories, just enter all the links and you should get what you want. My nurse also has control solution. If the practice subscribes to a brand of meter they get given lots of goodies for patients.

Don't know if this will help but if you click on the link it should download to your PC. You could then print pages from it when needed. Not sure if it will work.

Your DSN or hospital diabetes department should have them, but I have been using a writing book/ large note pad for a couple of years now, as I have more room to write different things in.

Create an account and register your meter on the glucomen website. You can then order all sorts of spares and accessories free of charge direct from them, simples
 
Roche do a large or small log record book .
Try giving their customer services a call .

I got 8 large log/record diaries from them .
Will keep me going for a few years .

Here is their number 0845 600 5055
8.30am - 11.00pm weekends public hols
5.30pm - 11.00pm Monday till Friday

I did this and they are sending me a free book now thanks for all your help everyone!
