Hi guys me again!
I have type 1 diabetes have been now for 8 years. I struggled a lot at the beginning not really accepting it but for the last few years i’ve been trying my best to get my sugar levels at a good range. I struggle a lot with this and am currently just trying to get my long acting and short acting insulin right. Some days i think i have got it but then it hits the evening and they will rise to 18mmo for no reason! Or i might they will drop rapidly out of no where so i’m constantly yo-yoing. Can anyone help on how i can manage this or try and get as stable as possibly?
