Diabetes meter IOS compatible: Accu-Check

Good Evening all,

I am in a dilema. I've been using an Accu-Check Aviva Expert for 2-3 years in conjunction with the 360 software on my pc. I have recently changed from a windows machine to an Apple Mac and have discovered that the 360 software is not IOS compatible.

Therefore I need some help. Is there anyway I can get the Aviva Expert data on to a mac easily?

If not then is there an Accu-Check monitor that I can use in conjunction with IOS?

Any help would be appreciated as it's taking me ages to try to find this information on line.

Have you rang Accu-Chek up and asked them? That's what I would do.

Thanks. Spoke to someone about the current 360 software and they weren't very helpful. I've dropped them an email this evening and will follow up tomorrow. Thought this forum would also have some good insight as well to help.

Hopefully someone might have a suggestion @NickJerman, good luck and hope you find some answers.

You can use the Accu-chek expert with Diasend on your Mac. The data is stored in the cloud, but accessible from the PC, Mac and your phone, and you can download excel sheets for data manipulation purposes. I've used it with mine. Www.diasend.com

Great. I'll try this tonight. Just a spoken to Accu check and they were not very good and only suggested the Accucheck mobile device. I'll confirm how I get on.

@tim2000s. Can you let me know if I need a cable to do this and if so how you got hold of one. Thanks
You do. Accu-check can provide one for you, as you'll need to use the IR port on the monitor to connect. I think it's the Real Tyme cable you need.

Thank you very much Tim2000s. Got this working straight away and now have all my data on my Mac and additionally on my phone. Superb. Thanks
